These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the 'Terms') govern the access to and use of the website bynorexivela.com (hereinafter, the 'Site'), operated by Bynorexivela Desarrollos Urbanos S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892345-4, with registered office at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, floor 14, CABA, Argentina.
1. Purpose
The purpose of the Site is to provide institutional information about our real estate crowdlending activity, to allow newsletter subscriptions and to publish educational content about the Argentine real estate market. The Site does not constitute a public offering of securities within the meaning of Law No. 26,831.

3. Regulated activity
Bynorexivela Desarrollos Urbanos S.A.S. is registered as a Collective Financing Platform under Registry No. 82 of the National Securities Commission (CNV, Res. 984/2024). Any specific offer of collective financing instruments will be made exclusively through the private environment intended for registered investors and not from this institutional Site.

Subscription to the newsletter is free and voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link included at the bottom of each email or by writing to unsubscribe@bynorexivela.com.
