Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent given when completing the form, in accordance with Article 5 of Law No. 25,326. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@bynorexivela.com.
5. Retention
We keep your data while you remain subscribed to the newsletter and during the legal periods required by accounting, tax and consumer protection regulations. Data is then blocked and securely deleted.
6. Disclosure and international transfer
We do not disclose or transfer your data to third parties outside Bynorexivela, except when required by law or judicial order. Technology providers processing data on our behalf are bound by contracts that guarantee an adequate level of protection and comply with AAIP Disposition 60-E/2016.
7. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion by sending an email to privacy@bynorexivela.com with a copy of your ID document. The AAIP, supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints regarding breaches of the current data protection rules.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction. We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transmission and storage on servers located in jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection.
